The T-DNA Homozygote Collection Gene Family Viewer
Select a gene family from the left panel to view related subfamilies, genes, and homozygote T-DNA insertion lines. For the T-DNA lines we indicate whether the lines have been sent to ABRC, currently targeted, or has been removed from the target list, because we couldn't find a T-DNA in the line. These insertion lines may be directly ordered through ABRC (click here for the tutorial). For each family a phylogentic tree can be viewed by clicking on the "T" symbol and their .aln and protein sequences may also be viewed (not available for all families). Click on a gene to display a gene illustration, which includes the location of the T-DNA, and the genotyping primers used in the screen. The page also displays related syntenic pairs, associated metabolic pathways and GO values. Gene specific links to pertinent databases and websites, including T-DNA Express and methylome, is also provided on the page.
Only a partial list of the genes have been classified, so if you wish to submit any genes or gene family information contact Ammar Naqvi (naqvi@salk.edu). Submissions may include relevant external links to publications or web sites. If you have any questions about the homozygote T-DNA collection contact Ronan O'Malley (omalley@salk.edu).
